1. General provisions
   1. These Terms govern the use of the website www.medmiles.pl (“Website”) and the B2B Portal.
   2. The Website is informational and presents the product range, specifications, and indicative prices.
   3. The Terms apply to business users only.
   4. Polish law applies.
2. Definitions
   • User – a business entity or its representative using the Website/B2B Portal.
   • Account – the B2B Portal account created upon registration.
   • Materials – content on the Website (texts, photos, catalogs, price lists).
3. Information and pricing
   1. All prices on the Website are indicative and informational only; they do not constitute an offer.
   2. A binding quotation is provided only after confirmation by Med Miles.
   3. Images and specifications are illustrative; differences may occur.
4. Technical requirements
   1. Internet access, an up-to-date browser, and cookies enabled are required.
   2. The Owner is not liable for downtime due to force majeure, failures, or maintenance.
5. Use of the Website
   1. Users must comply with the law and these Terms.
   2. It is prohibited to:

      a) breach Website security,
      b) automatically scrape data,
      c) commercially use Materials without authorization.

6. B2B Portal
   1. The Portal is intended for business entities only.
   2. Registration requires true business data.
   3. Users must protect login credentials.
   4. Data available in the Portal may be confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
7. Intellectual property
   1. All Materials are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
   2. Copying or redistributing content without Med Miles’ consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
   1. Med Miles strives for accuracy but does not guarantee completeness.
   2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Miles is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Website.
9. Personal data and cookies
   1. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
   2. The Website uses necessary cookies and, with consent, analytical/marketing cookies.
10. Complaints and returns
    1. Med Miles provides a complaint/return form, which must be downloaded, completed, and enclosed with the shipment of the defective or returned instruments.
    2. Complaints and returns are accepted only from business entities (B2B), under the terms individually agreed in the quotation, order, or contract.
    3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from receipt of the shipment containing the form and the instruments.
    4. If the complaint is accepted, the next steps (replacement, repair, credit note) are agreed individually.
11. Become our partner
    1. The Website may include a “Become Our Partner” section.
    2. Submitting a request is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer or obligation to cooperate.
    3. Med Miles reserves the right to select partners at its sole discretion.
    4. Terms of cooperation are determined individually after direct contact with a Med Miles representative.
12. Amendments
    1. The Owner may amend these Terms for valid reasons (e.g., law changes, functionality updates).
    2. Amended Terms apply from the date of publication.
13. Final provisions
    1. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Owner’s registered office.
    2. The Polish version of the Terms shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
