The quality of an instrument begins with the material and the manufacturing process used to create it. At Med Miles, we use only certified medical grade stainless steel sourced from Germany, Japan, and France, in accordance with ASTM F899 and ISO 7153 1 standards.

In production, we use proven steel grades such as AISI 410, AISI 420, and AISI 304 AC. Each material is carefully selected according to the intended use of the instrument to ensure optimal durability, sharpness, and resistance to sterilization.

AISI 410 and AISI 420 steel are used in cutting instruments where sharpness and wear resistance are essential.

AISI 304 AC steel is chosen for instruments that require high stability and excellent corrosion resistance during frequent sterilization.

The manufacturing process includes CNC forming, precise bending and tip finishing, heat treatment to increase hardness, and final cleaning and sharpening to ensure full functional performance. Each instrument is then manually assembled and inspected by specialists.

As a result, you receive instruments that combine durability, precision, and reliability required by doctors and specialists working in clinical environments.
