If you wish to return a product or submit a complaint, we have prepared simple and efficient procedures for you.
Product Returns
A return is possible if the product
- has not been used
- shows no signs of sterilization
- is in its original and undamaged packaging
How to Make a Return
- Download and complete the return form.
- Send the completed form to info@medmiles.pl.
- Include the form with the return shipment and send the product to the indicated address.
- After receiving the returned package, it will be reviewed within 14 business days.
The refund is issued after a positive verification of the returned product condition.
Complaints
You may submit a complaint in the event of
- a manufacturing defect
- a material defect
- improper product performance

- Include the form with the return shipment and send the product to the indicated address.
Processing Time
Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from the date the product is received.
