Creating tools is a complex process. Our team of specialists ensures that each tip is meticulously crafted. We use advanced cutting and shaping machines that precisely give us the desired shape.
To ensure durability, tips are bent multiple times in the right manner. Subsequently, we carry out specialized heat treatments that enhance the strength of the tools. As a result, the tools are more durable and experience less wear and tear.
A pivotal moment is the assembly. If the tip is not correctly assembled, it may not function efficiently or even get damaged. That’s why our experienced staff meticulously assembles each component.
At the end of the process, we thoroughly clean each tool and perform a final sharpening. We aim for all tools to have perfectly sharp edges that meet the expectations of doctors.
HANDLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
- Precision Cutting: We employ advanced machinery for the precise cutting of handles in various dimensions.
- Complex Shaping Stage: Meticulous fitting of the tip to the appropriate handle size. This is a delicate process, given the risk of failure and material loss.
- Grooving: We create grooves in the handles to ensure comfort for specialists during usage. (The grooving technique depends on the specific design and purpose of the handle).
- Satin Finish of Handles: After multiple grinding processes using specialized sanding techniques, the handles achieve a smooth, satin-like surface.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: Without this procedure, tools are susceptible to corrosion. The absence of ultrasonic cleaning reduces the lifespan of the tool.
